Annika Miller

Environmental Education Coordinator

Annika is an environmentalist from the midwest, who is passionate about conserving Earth’s biodiversity. Annika earned her B.A in Environmental Studies and Political Science at Knox College, during her time in Western Illinois, she spent time studying and preserving tall-grass prairies.

Annika has worked on several political campaigns, working to elect candidates who believe in climate change and want to make a positive environmental impact. She has worked with politicians in Ohio, Illinois, and Utah. Annika has also worked in wilderness therapy and residential treatment centers for teens, helping them form positive connections to their communities. Annika believes that meaningful conversations should start from a young age, which is why she is an advocate for environmental education. She is so excited to be working with Friends to make a difference in her community!
