Please have every person planning to volunteer fill out this form. For volunteers under 18, parents must fill out and sign on their behalf.
We will work rain or shine. Please plan to dress for the weather, with extra warm layers just in case, and be prepared to the best of your abilities. More detailed instructions will be sent closer to the event.
Schedule for both days:
10AM (Please arrive between 9:30 and 10AM): Parking is limited, we encourage carpooling when possible. Gather at Site for WELCOME CEREMONY, SAFETY TALK, & INSTRUCTIONS then disperse to planting locations
10:30 to 1:30PM Planting with other volunteers and staff at your site1:30PM Bring a sack lunch to enjoy with while conversing with others. We will have water refills and an abundance of snack options available.

We have t-shirts for sale (optional). Long-sleeved Wuda Ogwa design on front and back in a soft, high end material. Should you choose this option, they are $25. T's will be available for pick-up only at the site on planting days. Up to 4 shirts/person allowed, while supplies last.
