Bio:

Rachel Musil is the Water Rights Manager for Central Utah Water Conservancy District where she is responsible for managing and protecting the District's water rights and water supplies. She manages programs for water right and water stock purchases, and water conservation projects that involve water purchases. Her recent projects includes planning for new water development projects focused on water supply, developing water planning models, developing water accounting models, and advanced the water donation of CUWCD’s Jordan River water rights for the benefit of Great Salt Lake. Rachel is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Utah and has a Bachelors of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Utah.
